Staci Panuke Sigala was a two-sport student-athlete from 1990-94, playing women’s basketball and softball. Her Hall of Fame 1993-94 basketball team qualified for the National Tournament and was ranked 11th in the NAIA poll after finishing with a 26-5 overall record and an 11-1 mark in the conference en route to the league title. That season, Panuke won the Joe Huston Athlete of the Year Award while also earning All-Conference and All-District Honorable Mention nods. A four-year student-athlete in basketball, her teams went a combined 85-31, winning at least 25 games her junior and senior seasons. For the softball team, Panuke was selected All-Conference First-Team as an outfielder in 1993 before leading the team in ERA in 1994.
