Four-year letterwinner in football, Jesse is a two-time All-Northwest Conference First-Team (1996, 1997) and NAIA Second-Team (1996, 1997) running back. He ranks seventh on the L&C All-Time career receptions list with a 142 catches and ranks 14th in total yards with 3,181. Jesse is also sixth all-time in points scored with 168 for an average of 4.5 points a game. During his career Jesse rushed for a total of 3,160 yards, which ranks him fourth. He is just one of six players to rush for over 1,000 yards in a single season.
