Williams ranks as one of, if not the, top player in women’s basketball program history. She is the only player in Lewis & Clark program history to rank in the top five in career points (1,790 points – 2nd), rebounds (718 – t-5th), assists (287 -3rd) and steals (202 – 5th). Over the course of her four years, she led the team in scoring four times and was named to the NWC All-Conference Team all four years (First Team three times). She was the second player in program history to be named the NWC Player of the Year and matched L&C Hall of Famer Kathy Gibson by achieving the mark twice (2010-11 and 2012-13).

After earning All-Region honors as a sophomore (First Team) and junior (Second Team), Williams was named a First Team All-American by the WBCA and D3hoops.com during her senior season. She led the conference in total points (533), points per game (18.4) and made free throws (153) that season, while finishing in the top-five in the NWC in rebounds (244), steals (57), blocks (28) and assist-to-turnover ratio (1.3). Over the course of her four seasons, the Pioneers went 87-25 and earned three trips to the NCAA Tournament.  A recipient of the NCAA Ethnic and Minority Postgraduate scholarship, Williams pursued a Master of Science degree in Exercise and Sport Studies at Smith College in Massachusetts, where she was also a member of the women's basketball staff. In 2015, she became the graduate assistant strength and conditioning coach before graduating in May 2016. After her time on the east coast, Williams returned to Lewis & Clark as an assistant coach for two seasons and then served as the women’s basketball head coach for three years.
