Lewis & Clark College

Set the Lewis & Clark school record and District 2 meet record of 46:46.5 in 1981; twice earned NAIA All-American status in the 10,000m walk by finishing 4th in 1981 and 6th in 1979 at the NAIA national championships;  was a three-time NAIA District 2 10,000m walk champion from 1979-1981;  selected as the 1st alternate for the 1984 Olympic Team in the 20km walk.
