Lewis & Clark College

A three-sport athlete, earning four letters in basketball, three in football and two in baseball; all-Northwest Conference all four years in basketball where he averaged 11.6 points in 106 games; was instrumental in Lewis & Clark’s first basketball championship in 1949; played both offensive center and quarterback in football and was an outfielder-pitcher in baseball.
