PORTLAND, Ore. –Lewis & Clark College men's tennis wrapped up a weekend of exhibition matches on Sunday afternoon as five freshmen led the Pioneers to a 9-0 sweep of Bellevue College.

HOW IT HAPPENED
 
Senior 
Miles Stone, sophomore 
Wade McDermott and freshman 
Max Furman went 2-0 to lead the Pioneers.
 
Lewis & Clark lost just three games in doubles play to start the day. Furman and doubles partner sophomore 
Kai Wills had the most dominating win, 8-0 at number two doubles.
 
The Pioneers won all six singles matches in straight sets.
 
Sophomore 
Spencer Loucks earned the first singles point in the number four match by defeating Anthony Madson 6-2, 6-2.
 
Stone won the second singles flight 6-1, 6-2 after winning the third doubles match earlier in the day 8-1 with freshman 
Joey Lyon.
 
Bennett Gazor had the most dominating win at number five singles. The sophomore defeated Cole Fredericks 6-0, 6-1.
 
Freshman 
Bridger Galyardt won the sixth flight 6-4, 6-1 for the final point of the day.
