  • Reached the B Draw quarterfinals of the 2024 Northwest ITA Regionals.
  • Made his Northwest Conference Singles debut with a straight sets win, 6-0, 6-1 over Andre Lief in the sixth flight against Willamette on Feb. 15.
  • Earned a 6-2 victory over Willamette’s AJ Avansino/Andre Lief at third doubles on Feb. 15.  
  • Defeated Puget Sound’s Conor Blakeney, 6-0, 6-1 in No. 5 singles on Mar. 1.

Notables
  • Went 2-1 in his collegiate debut at the PNW Invite in McMinnville Sept. 16-17.
  • Dominated Graham Beevers of Linfield (6-1, 6-2) on Sept. 17.
  • Won the 2023 Northwest ITA Doubles First Round Consolation Bracket with partner Spencer Loucks, easily defeating teams from Puget Sound (8-1), Pacific (8-5), and Willamette (8-3) Sept. 22-24.
  • Played in his first NWC dual on March 10, earning an 8-2 win over Colby Cinqmars and Jess Weaver of Whitworth at number three doubles with partner Noah Sutin.  

Prior to the Pios: Attended Riverdale High School…He was the first and only Riverdale tennis player to reach the semifinals at the state tournament…Father Robert Furman was a men’s crew team member at Lafayette College.  

Why Lewis & Clark?: The campus is nice, it has good vibes, tennis is a good fit, and academically it is sound.
