Box Score WALLA WALLA, Wash. -- The Lewis & Clark Pioneers (9-6-3, 7-5-2) ended their weekend road series in eastern Washington against the Whitman Blues (1-14-1, 1-12-1) going into double overtime for the second consecutive game. The Pioneers logged their third draw of the season with a 0-0 conclusion to Sunday's game at the Whitman Athletic Complex.
The Pioneers outshot the Blues 17-12 with Brecklyn Beighle and Chloe Helenihi combining for eight shots. Alexa Myers, Olivia Cowley and Sara Klott all contributed two. The Pioneers' defense was able to limit the Blues to just one shot on goal.
Sophia Young defended goal for Lewis & Clark against the Blues, making one save in 110 minutes of play.
