Key Moments
After a physical first half in which neither team was able to generate a solid scoring opportunity, the Pioneers came out of the break and kicked off a rapid succession of goals. Beighle started the half with a shot 15 seconds into play that was tipped by Wildcats goalie Emma Mulligan for the save. Coming back around in the 49th minute, Shreifels found Beighle who knocked the ball past Mulligan to get Pioneers on the scoreboard. A Lewis & Clark corner kick in the 51st minute led to Beighle's second consecutive goal, a career-high for goals scored in a game for the junior. The Pioneers scored their final goal just 48 seconds later when Helenihi found Klott in front of the left side of the goal. Battling past two defenders and catching Mulligan out, she knocked the ball into the net for her first goal of the season, and a 3-0 lead for the Pioneers.
