Women's Soccer Ends Season at Puget Sound

TACOMA, Wash. - The Lewis & Clark women's soccer team ended the 2014 campaign on Saturday afternoon at Puget Sound with the Loggers earning a 2-0 victory. 

The Pioneers end the season 9-8-3 overall and 7-7-2 in Northwest Conference action. The Loggers end the season as the top team in the conference once again with a 15-4 overall record and 13-3 conference standing. 

The Loggers got on the board in the eighth minute of action, before scoring their final goal of the game in the 74th minute. 

Lewis & Clark was outshot by Puget Sound 17-4, with Geena Fong coming up with seven saves. The Logger goalkeeper was not forced to make a save. Kelly Priest, Anna Thorndike, Hannah Stoddard and Ashley Cox each had a shot for the Pioneers.
