PORTLAND, Ore. -The Lewis & Clark women's soccer team fell to the reigning Northwest Conference Champions, Puget Sound Loggers, on Saturday afternoon 4-0.

The Pioneers fall to 6-3-2 overall and 4-2-1 in conference, while the Loggers move to 7-3 on the season and 5-2 in the NWC.

Emily Thompson led the Pioneers with three of the teams seven shots, putting one of them on frame. Kylie Carera had the Pioneers other shot on goal.

The team returns to action on Sunday, Oct. 12 at 12 p.m. against Linfield.
