Noah Nelson set the program record in the men’s 800M and was part of the Pioneers 4x400M relay team that broke the program record set a couple of weeks ago. Nelson paced five Pioneers in the men’s 800M. He broke the previous program record in the event by a second, finishing in 2:00.8 to take seventh place at the Portland Indoor Open #2 Meet Sunday. Nelson, Jordan Lahusky, Paul Biaggi, and Deven Guest finished second in the men’s 4X400M relay with a new program record time of 3:33.68. The Pios have run the 4x400M twice this season and set the program record both times. Nelson and Biaggi have been a part of both record-setting performances.
