Freshman Finley Allen made a significant impact in the inaugural weekend of the women’s lacrosse program, standing out by leading the team in caused turnovers with a total of 10 and tying for the lead in ground balls, also with 10, across three games. Among her achievements, Allen is one of only three players to have scored a point in each of the program's first three official games. Her notable moments included scoring her first career goal during Friday night’s game against Hamline in Minneapolis. The following morning, at Augsburg, she reached a personal best by causing six turnovers, collecting seven ground balls, and scoring her second goal. Allen continued her streak by recording her first career assist during Tuesday night’s game at Willamette.
