Box Score NEWBERG, Ore. -- A pair of free throws by the George Fox Bruins with 17 seconds left in regulation forced overtime as the Lewis & Clark Pioneers lost 67-60 on Tuesday at Miller Gymnasium.
Jordan Ryan made two free throws to tie the game at 59 apiece. Lewis & Clark's Karli Mukai missed a 3-pointer with no time left in regulation. The Pios were outscored 8-3 in the extra period.
Jamison Richards led the Pioneers with 16 points, and Charlotte Carroll, Peyton Romo and Jessica Cerne had nine points each. The loss snapped the Pios four-game winning streak.

In the second, the Pios held the Bruins to 1 of 12 shooting including 0 for 4 from 3-point range. During the overtime period, George Fox (5-7, 1-2 NWC) held the Pios to one field goal, a putback by Richards with 1:35 left. Posey scored on the next possession to move the Bruins back up by five, the deciding margin.
