Box Score SPOKANE, Wash. -- The Lewis & Clark Pioneers took the third set in Friday's 25-15, 25-21, 21-25, 25-19 loss to the Whitworth Pirates at Whitworth Fieldhouse.
Kate Kimbro had three of her four kills in the third, while Cameryn Nagaji and Debi Chun landed a pair apiece. For the match, Kimbro had four blocks, while Katie Shimaura brought up 16 digs. Michelle McGinn had 19 assists.
Lewis & Clark hit .200 in the third set, while Whitworth committed nine hitting errors.

Key Moments
Izzy Willis held serve midway through the third set as the Pios extended a 12-10 lead to 16-11. Chun put down two kills, the latter moving the lead to six points at 19-13. Willis landed an ace, and along with two Pirates attacking errors, sealed the win.
Lewis & Clark (6-12, 5-10 NWC) led for the first half of the fourth set before the game began to take a back-and-forth pattern. It was the most contested set of the match with 12 ties and eight lead changes. Tied at 17, Whitworth scored eight of the next 10 points to take the match. Kelsey Parker had four of her team-high 11 kills in the fourth set.
