Box Score PORTLAND, Ore. -- Delsie Johnson had her first 20-plus point performance of the season in the Lewis & Clark Pioneers 68-59 loss at the Warner Pacific Knights on Thursday.
Johnson shot 8 of 11 from the field and registered her second double-double of the year with 22 points and 13 rebounds. The Knights had three in double figures led by Courtney Jackson's 16.
In her last full season, Johnson had nine double-doubles. Jamison Richards had nine points off the bench as the Pios next leading scorer. Lewis & Clark held a 24-19 edge in points outside of the starting lineup.

Warner Pacific led the entire game after taking a 17-9 lead through the first quarter. The Knights outscored Lewis & Clark, 24-9, in points off turnovers.
The second half had more scoring than the first. Neither team held the other under 20 points in any period. Johnson scored 16 of her 22 in the second half. Charlotte Carroll put in six of her eight points in the fourth quarter.
Trailing by seven at halftime, the Pios (2-2) closed the gap to four with about 3:30 left in the third. Natalie Elstone and Richards both hit a jumper, Gabby Beltran and Johnson each made a pair of free throws and Piper Curry sank one from the line to spark a 7-0 run over a two-minute span.
The Knights (1-2) built the lead up to nine by the start of the third. Lewis & Clark was back within four again, 53-49, with six minutes left, but Warner Pacific outscored the Pios, 15-10, to close out the game.
