KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Lewis & Clark College men's basketball team was recognized by the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) for its outstanding academic achievements during the 2024–25 academic year. The program earned the 2024–25 NABC Team Academic Excellence Award, while seven student-athletes were selected to the NABC Honors Court.
The Team Academic Excellence Award is presented to programs that finish the academic year with a cumulative team GPA of 3.0 or higher. The Honors Court recognizes junior, senior and graduate student-athletes who maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or above.
Lewis & Clark was one of nearly 400 men's basketball programs nationwide to receive the Team Academic Excellence Award. More than 2,400 student-athletes earned a spot on the Honors Court.

The senior class was represented by Isaac Ticeson and Nate Berg (rhetoric and media studies), Nik Berry (economics, international affairs), Ryan Trunkett and Sam Henderson (economics) and Sebastian DePrez (computer science and mathematics). Junior TJ Muhammad (rhetoric and media studies) also earned a place on the Honors Court.
