Macy O'Hara and freshman
Malia Heien each earned a second-place finish individually and were part of the women's 4x400m relay team that took second place at the John Knight Twilight Meet.Â

O'Hara placed second out of 16 runners in the 400m. She broke the 60-second mark in the event for the second time this season with a mark of 59.93.Â

Heien led four Pioneers in the 800m. She placed second out of 23 runners, behind only a runner from Division I Oregon State University, with a PR time of 2:17.87. Her time puts her into the top five in program history. Fellow freshman
Clare Lucey placed ninth overall with a time of 2:29.63. Freshman
Miriam Reside posted a time of 2:35.83 to take 13
th place. Freshman
Tara Elsa was the final Pioneer to finish, as she ended the race with a mark of 2:48.14.Â

Sarah Carney was the Pioneers lone hurdler on Friday night. She took 10
th in the 400m hurdles with a time of 1:22.62. In the 100m hurdles, Carney came across in 19.38 to take 13

In the 200m, Chin finished in 29.61 to finish 13

Ali Kerschner was the lone Pioneer long distance runner on Friday night. She took 13
th in the 1,500m run with a time of 5:45.02.Â

Farrar earned the top finish for Lewis & Clark in the field events. The sophomore placed fifth in the triple jump with a leap of 10.67m (35-00.25 feet). Freshman

th-place showing in the event with a jump of 9.17m (30-01.00 feet).Â

Nia Pile notched a seventh-place showing in the shot put. Pile launched the shot put 10.82m (35-06.00 feet). Pile also placed 16

Reilyn Sabado posted a heave of 27.96m (91-08 feet) to take 13
th in the discus throw.Â

- Heien's time of 2:17.87 in the 800m puts her in fourth in program history.Â
- Farrar's jump of 10.67m in the triple jump is the ninth-best jump in program history.Â
- O'Hara was the only non Oregon State University runner in the top four in the 400m. She finished ahead of three of the four Beavers runners who competed in the race.Â
- Pile set a PR mark in the shot put. Her toss of 10.82m was nearly a half-a-foot further than her previous PR (10.70m) and moves her into 15th in program history in the event. She also moved into 16th in program history in the hammer throw. Â
- Lucey cracked the top-50 in program history in the 800m on Friday. She now sits 50th all-time with her time of 2:29.63.

Heien and Farrar will travel to Tacoma for the Northwest Conference Championship Multis Meet on Monday and Tuesday. The heptathlon will kick off on Monday with the 100m hurdles at 11:30 a.m. Â
