Women's Tennis Falls at #23 Chapman

ORANGE, Calif. - The Lewis & Clark women's tennis team fell 9-0 at #23 Chapman on Saturday.

In doubles, the duos of Olivia Sweetman and Claudia Lew (No. 1) and Gillian Lowe and Esa Grigsby (No. 2) each fell 8-2. Makena McCluskey and Allison Schneider played as the No. 3 team, falling 8-1.

Lew fell 6-1 in both her sets as the Pioneers No. 1 singles player, while Sweetman fell 6-3, 6-1 in the No. 2 spot. McCluskey lost 6-2, 6-3 in the No. 3 position, Grigsby fell 6-1, 6-3 as the No. 4, Schneider dropped her sets 6-1, 6-0 as the No. 5, while Paloma Vizcaino lost 6-0, 6-0 in the six spot.

Lewis & Clark returns to the court on Tuesday, March 25 against Holy Names.
