Football Adds 42 Players Ahead Of 2025 Season

The 42-player class is the second largest in program and school history

PORTLAND, Ore.—Lewis & Clark College football announced their 42-player, incoming class on Tuesday morning. 
 
The 42-player class is the second largest in school history, behind only the program's 45-man class in 2023. This year's class is comprised of players from Oregon, Washington, California, Hawaii and Arizona and includes transfers from the NCAA DI and DII levels and multiple transfers from California junior colleges. 
 
"This 2025 recruiting class brings a lot of athleticism and competitiveness," first-year head coach Brett Elliott said.  "We enhanced our positions that were strong and filled in some holes that were a little weaker. I can't wait to see how this class develops because it has the potential to be one of the best in school history." 
 
Jonah Zion Alapati – OL/DL – San Francisco, Calif.
