The Pioneers offensive coordinator will get a chance to work with 49ers tight ends for nearly a month

SANTA CLARA, Calif.—Lewis & Clark College football offensive coordinator Mike Machado ('19) will be working as a tight ends coach with the San Francisco 49ers for the next few weeks.

Machado will get a unique opportunity to work for his childhood team as part of the Bill Walsh NFL Diversity Coaching Fellows program. He is one of seven Coaching Fellows who will work for the 49ers during preseason this year.
