GREENSBORO, N.C.—For the third-straight year and seventh time in eight season, Lewis & Clark College baseball earned the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) Team Academic Excellence Award presented by Sports Attack, the ABCA announced on Wednesday morning.
To qualify for the award, teams must post a minimum cumulative grade-point average of 3.0 for the academic year. Baseball finished the 2024-25 school year with a 3.58 GPA. The program has now posted a GPA of 3.35 or higher in 13 consecutive semesters.
The Pioneers have won the award in seven of head coach
Matt Kosderka's eighth seasons, including four consecutive years from 2017 to 2021.
Lewis & Clark is one of six Northwest Conference school to earn the award this year.
