Warren Named To D3football.com All-Region Team

The senior is tied for first in DIII with seven blocked kicks over the past two seasons

PORTLAND, Ore.—Lewis & Clark College football senior Jack Warren was named to the D3football.com All-Region First Team for a second-straight year, the website announced this morning.Ā
Ā
Warren carved out a spot on the Region Six First Team for his contributions on special teams. As a junior, he was named to the All-Region First Team and earned a spot on the D3football.com All-America First Team. Lewis & Clark has placed at least one special teamer on the D3football.com All-Region Team in four-straight seasons. Elijah Washington ('23) was honored in 2022 and Thien Hoang was recognized in 2023 and 2024.Ā

The senior defensive lineman finished tied for first in the Northwest Conference and tied for fifth in all of NCAA Division III with three blocked kicks. Warren blocked two point after attempts and one field goal attempt in seven appearances during his senior season. In the team's Northwest Conference opener against the University of Puget Sound, he blocked a point after attempt and first year Quincy Cortez scooped up the loose ball and returned it for a two-point conversion in a 58-21 win. He came up with two huge plays on special teams in the Pioneers' Wagon Wheel win over Willamette University on October 11. In the first quarter, Warren batted down a 33-yard field goal to keep the score 7-0 Lewis & Clark. He tacked on a blocked PAT in the fourth quarter to keep Lewis & Clark ahead by eight in what proved to be a 28-20 win over their rivals.Ā

Warren is tied for first in NCAA DIII in blocked kicks over the past two seasons. He is tied with Berry University's Cade Petty with seven blocks over that span. For his career, Warren appeared in 33 games and posted 77 tackles (37 solo). He racked up 16.5 tackles-for-loss, six sacks, one forced fumble and one pass defended. The Vancouver, Washington native tied his career-high with seven tackles on October 18 at George Fox and added his first career forced fumble on September 13 against the Bruins.Ā
