Carli Driskill recorded a goal and an assist, but the University of Puget Sound scored three straight goals to hand Lewis & Clark College women's soccer a 3-2 Northwest Conference road loss at Baker Stadium.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Driskill notched three points Saturday, recording her first assist and third goal of the season against the Loggers.
Senior
Celeste Schreifels put the Pioneers on the board first after receiving a pass from Driskill and scoring from 39 yards out. Schreifels' kick bounced off Puget Sound goalkeeper Gianna
Maldonado's hands and found the back of the net at 10:53 to give Lewis & Clark a 1-0 advantage.
The Loggers equalized in the 33rd minute when Leila Hausia-Haugen converted a penalty kick. They took the lead minutes later when Emily O'Neil scored her fourth goal of the season at 35:51.
Puget Sound extended its lead in the 80th minute when Kya Scott scored her second goal, assisted by Hausia-Haugen.
At 86:34, Driskill scored her third goal of the season with a chip shot at the far post after the ball bounced off Maldonado's gloves, bringing the Pioneers within one. The Loggers' keeper was stopping a possible own goal when Driskill capitalized on the rebound.
BY THE NUMBERS
- Schreifels' 10th goal of the season moves her into second place in program history. The fifth-year senior is tied for first with 11 goals in the 2021 season and tied for eighth with seven goals a year later.
- Junior Anna Ingadottir recorded two saves, while Maldonado did not record a save in the game.
- The Pioneers faced a season-high 11 corners while earning only one.
