Key Moments

In a match-up of two of the best singles players in the Northwest Conference, Attia won his third straight match and improved to 4-2 in top singles this season with a 6-4, 1-6, 1-0 (12-10) victory over Andreas Mueller-Immergluck. It snapped Mueller-Immergluck's three-match win streak.

Peev got back in the win column and improved to 5-4 on the year with a 7-5, 7-6 (7-5) win over Aidan Schutter in second position.

"Kristian continues to play smarter and cleaner tennis to win his match in straight sets," Pios assistant coach Phalkun Mam said "We lost the race to five points, with our last four singles losing. Still, the Pios are starting to get more comfortable in match play and are slowly executing their points better and better."

Vickers and Peev improved to 6-3 on the year with a fifth straight win. The pair defeated John Carter and Bear Lee, 8-2, in the No. 2 doubles spot.
