Box Score PORTLAND, Ore. -- The Lewis & Clark Pioneers played the NW Indian Eagles in their first game of the Lewis & Clark weekend tournament at Pamplin Sports Center, winning 101-57. The Pioneers got ahead early and maintained their lead through the game, pulling away significantly in the second half.
Brenden Patrick and Ryan Cibull were the leading scorers for the Pioneers with a combined 29 points, while Solomon Davis added 10. Jack Henderson and Jalen Lowery combined for six of the Pioneers 12 steals. Lowery also had 14 rebounds.
The Pioneers shot 46.5 percent in field goals and 73.3 percent from the free-throw line. They outrebounded the Eagles 65-33 and added 48 points from the bench.

The Eagles were the first on the scoreboard with a jumper from Mitchell Carlos but lost the lead when Lowery responded with a three-pointer off an assist from Patrick on the Pioneers' first scoring drive. The Pioneers pulled away from the Eagles quickly in the first quarter, establishing a 13-point lead halfway through the first and going into the break, up 62-31.
The Pioneers saw more minutes for the bench in the second half. Ryan Trunkett put up eight points, while Joseph Martin and Sam Henderson supplied the Pioneers' two blocks of the game. Davis went 2-3 from the three-point line and logged nine rebounds, while Jayden Simpson went 3-4 in free throws. The Pioneers scored 17 points off of fast-breaks.
