TACOMA, Wash. -- Rachael Rice, Caroline Hennes and Olivia Hansing were all singles winners in Sunday's 5-4 loss by the Lewis & Clark Pioneers at the Pacific Lutheran Lutes.
Hennes teamed with Maca Vives to win the second doubles match.
The result gave the Pios a split in the first weekend of Northwest Conference matches.

Vives and Hennes earned an 8-5 win over Michelle Batin and Bayley Gochanour in No. 2 doubles, the pair's first win of the NWC season.
Hennes, who clinched the Pios victory on Saturday against George Fox, won 6-3, 6-4 over Gochanour in the No. 3 singles match as well.
Rice was the top singles winner in a 4-6, 6-4, 6-4 win over Sydney Cameron, while Olivia Hansing beat Batin 6-3, 6-2 in the fourth position.
In the top doubles match, Rice and Natalie Kowal were defeated by Cameron and Hannah Jeffries 8-4.
