PORTLAND, Ore. -- The Lewis & Clark Pioneers didn't drop a single set in a 9-0 victory over the Puget Sound Loggers on Saturday at L&C Tennis Dome. The Pioneers had a great performance, and had all of their players come home with wins.
Brendan Adams and Will McDermott won their No. 2 doubles match 8-2 and were both winners in singles. Ramez Attia won 6-0, 6-0 in No. 3 singles and paired with Raed Attia for an 8-3 win in the top singles match.

Key Moments
In doubles, Riley Vickers and Ryan Hayes had one of the closest matches of the day against the Loggers' No. 3 team. Vickers and Hayes finished the Loggers off with a 8-3 win.
In singles, Hayes and McDermott had clean sweeps with the exception of McDermott losing one game against the Loggers' No. 4. McDermott lost momentum, but then got it back to finish with a 6-1, 6-0 win. Vickers started off singles strong with a 6-0 win in the first, but had a bit of a rough time finishing the game. In the end, Vickers maintained control of the match, and Vickers had a 6-0, 7-5 win.
