PORTLAND, Ore. – Having already clinched the #4 seed in the Northwest Conference Tournament, the Lewis & Clark men's tennis team fell 6-3 to Pacific on Sunday afternoon. The Boxers will be the #2 seed in the tournament.
The Pioneers first point came at the No. 2 doubles position, with Michael Brewer and Kevin Ross picking up their 10th win of the season and fourth in a row. The duo defeated Giancarlo Battaglia and Oscar Wight 8-5.
Ross earned the Pioneers a point in singles action with a 6-4, 6-2 defeat of Brennan Faith. The Pios final point came from Daniel Hahm in the No. 4 singles position. The junior took down Clark Wininger 6-0, 6-3. The win is Hahm's fourth in a row and 10th of the season.
The Pioneers will now face #1 Whitman in Walla Walla on April 25.
