PORTLAND, Ore. - The Lewis & Clark men's tennis team swept the Linfield Wildcats for the second time this season with a 9-0 victory on Saturday in the L&C Tennis Dome.
Switching up the singles lineup saw Daniel Hahm compete as the teams No. 1, with the Pioneer blanking Kelsey Rosborough 6-0, 6-0.
Gordon Barrows collected a 6-1, 6-0 win as the No. 2, while Scott Monismith defeated Tim Hawkins 6-0, 6-1 in the No. 3 spot. Carter Gee-Taylor picked up a 6-3, 6-1 win over Alec Wisthoff as the Pios No. 4. Kei Inoue defeated Liam Spearnak 6-0, 6-0 in the No. 5 position, while Parker Nichols defeated Ehren Cahill by the same score.
In doubles play, Barrows and Pim Trouerbach continued their winning ways with an 8-5 victory in the No. 1 position. Michael Brewer and Kevin Ross made quick work of their competition in the No. 2 spot, winning 8-1. Keane Hindle and Harrison Collins paired up for an 8-2 win as the No. 3.
The Pioneers end the regular season on Sunday, April 19 at 11 a.m. against Pacific.
