Men's Tennis Falls 9-0 to George Fox

RESULTS

TUALATIN, Ore. - The Lewis & Clark men's tennis team could not overcome the George Fox Bruins on Saturday afternoon, falling 9-0 at the Stafford Hills Tennis Club.

Kevin Ross had a fight on his hands at the No. 1 singles position against Justin McClain. Ross picked up a 6-4 win in the opening set before falling 6-4 in the second. In the deciding set, McClain fought to a 1-0 (10-7) win.

Carter Gee-Taylor also played a three set match for the Pioneers, winning 6-4 in the opening set against Shawn Aldrich, before falling 6-3. In the third set Aldrich won 1-0 (10-7).

Ross and teammate Daniel Hahm battled strong at No. 1 doubles, but were unable to hold off Aldrich and McClain, falling 9-8 (8-6).
