Women's Tennis Wins Five out of Six Singles Points to Defeat Pacific Lutheran 5-4

RESULTS

TACOMA, Wash. - The Lewis & Clark women's tennis team was nearly perfect from singles on Saturday afternoon, defeating the Pacific Lutheran Lutes 5-4 after winning five out of six singles points.

Lisa Osepyan defeated Cora Wigen 6-4, 6-1 from the No. 1 spot, while senior Jill Coleman topped Leah Newell, 6-0, 6-3. Freshman Gillian Lowe beat Tina Aarsvold 6-2, 7-5 in the No.3 three spot. Elisa Alway topped Destiny Green, 6-4, 6-0 at No. 6.

In the one singles match that went to three sets, Olivia Sweetman beat Allison McClure, 6-3, 5-7, 6-2.
