Rebecca Gimeno joined the coaching staff prior to the start of the 2021-22 season.

Gimeno competed at Concorida where she was named Cascade Conference Newcomer of the Year and helped the team to a No. 8 national ranking and NAIA "Sweet 16" appearance. Twice the conference player of the week, she averaged 14 points, 4.4 rebounds and 4.6 assists per game and earned recognition on the all-conference first team and all-defensive team. Prior to transferring to Concordia, Gimeno competed at Montana Tech.

As a coach, Gimeno has been an assistant at Concordia as well as Clark Community College. She founded Hoop Vision Basketball in 2012, a basketball and life skills training club and has coached fourth grade through college-aged athletes for over seven years.
