After putting together one of the best careers in program history, Alvarez joined the Lewis & Clark coaching staff in the Fall of 2025. She will serve as a graduate assistant for the 2026 season as she finishes out her graduate degree at Lewis & Clark.Â
Alvarez set the career program records for games played (192), games started (185), hits (186), doubles (41) and at-bats (532) across her standout five-year career. She also finished top-10 in program history in on-base percentage (.442 - second), runs batted in (122 - second), runs scored (96 - third), batting average (.350 - sixth), home runs (18 - sixth) and slugging percentage (.532 - ninth).Â
Alvarez was named to the Northwest Conference All-Conference Team in all five of her seasons. She earned First Team All-Conference accolades in 2023 and was selected to the Third Team three times (2022, 2024 and 2025). She helped lead Lewis & Clark to their first three Northwest Conference Tournament appearances (2021, 24-25) and their first NCAA Tournament appearance (2025). Over the course of her five seasons, Lewis & Clark went 112-85 and set the program record for overall wins twice and conference victories three times.Â
