Lewis & Clark College

Renato Felina joined the Pioneers coaching staff in the spring of 2019 and returns for his fifth year in 2023. 

He has worked with six All-Conference offensive lineman through his first four seasons. During the 2023 season, three Lewis & Clark offensive linemen earned All-Conference honors: Nathan Lien (Northwest Conference Second Team), Mike Lloyd (NWC Honorable Mention Team) and Max Atchison (NWC Honorable Mention Team). It was the first time three Lewis & Clark offensive lineman were named to the NWC All-Conference Team since 2011. 

Felina has been a coach for over 10 years after competing at the NCAA Division III level at Willamette University. In 2017, he was an assistant coach for current Lewis & Clark head coach Joe Bushman and won a state championship with Clackamas HS.
