Jaydin Proctor joined the Lewis & Clark football coaching staff in the spring of 2023. After working with the team's defensive backs in his first season, he will be moving across the ball to work with the team's wide receivers for the 2024 season. 

Proctor mentored a group of young corner backs and safeties during his first season. Sophomore safety Thomas Reagan was named to the Northwest Conference All-Conference Second Team after leading the team with 10 pass break ups and two interceptions. 

Proctor joined the Pioneers coaching staff after helping to lead the Central Catholic High School freshman football team to an undefeated 2022-2023 season. He also worked to support the varsity program as well, as he helped lead the program to the third round of state playoffs.

Proctor began his college football career playing cornerback at American River Junior College in Sacramento, California. He then moved on to Western Oregon University in Monmouth, Oregon where he played wide receiver. He obtained his bachelor's degree in Business Communications with a minor in Sports Management, graduating with honors.

Proctor is a Portland, Oregon native and graduated from David Douglas High School, playing on both sides of the ball at the WR and DB positions. He led the state in regular-season receiving yards his senior year while breaking all receiver position records at the high school. He truly looks forward to using his experience on the field and passion for the game to strengthen the Lewis & Clark football team.
