  • Carved out a role as a full-time starter for the first time in his career and split time between catcher and designated hitter 
  • Earned his first career All-Conference honors 
  • Posted new career-highs in hits, runs scored, runs batted in, extra-base hits (14), walks (18) and stolen bases (4-4) 
  • Finished with seven home runs (third on the team), six doubles (tied for fourth) and one triple (tied for second) 
  • Posted 110 putouts, 14 assists and one error for a .992 fielding percentage 
  • Threw out six would be base stealers 
  • Finished the season eighth in the conference in home runs and 15th in run scored 
  • Hit safely in 21 contests and posted eight multi-hit games 
  • Went 2-5 with a run scored, two RBI and a walk-off home run in the bottom of the 10th inning in the Pioneers’ home-opening win over Willamette
  • Finished 3-5 with three runs scored, a double, a walk and a stolen base on March 1 in the Pioneers first conference win of the year (Pacific Lutheran) 
  • Recorded three hits, two run scored, three RBI, a home run and a walk in a conference win over Puget Sound on March 30 
  • Chipped in one hit, three run scored, two RBI and a home run in a road win over Willamette on April 25

  • Carved out a role as the number two catcher and one of the team’s designated hitter options/a key pinch hitter in his sophomore campaign 
  • Appeared in 27 games and made 17 starts 
  • Walked 11 times and posted three hit by pitches and three sac bunts 
  • Finished the season with six doubles (tied for fifth), one triple and two home runs 
  • Threw out a team-high six runners trying to steal on 13 attempts (46.2%) and posted a .991 fielding percentage 
  • Opened the season with two hits, three runs scored, two doubles and one walk on February 17 in game one against Whittier
  • Hit his first collegiate homer on February 24 in a non-conference win over Puget Sound
  • Came off the bench to go 2-2 with two runs, two RBI, a double and a home run on April 2 in a win over Corban 
  • Added two hits, two RBI, a double and a sac bunt on April 6 in game two against Pacific Lutheran

  • Had a career-high 10 putouts in game one against Whitman on March 12.

Why Lewis & Clark?: I chose Lewis & Clark because it was clearly a place that I could improve all facets of myself. I was thankful for the opportunity to compete as an athlete under great coaching, while also earning an extremely high education within a high level learning community.
