Notables

  • Named to her second consecutive NWC Honorable Mention Team.
  • The only Pioneer to play the full 90 in all 20 games this season.
  • An anchor of the Lewis & Clark backfield, she used her speed to come up with multiple interventions throughout the season and served as the final defender back.
  • Hayes earned her second collegiate assist in the Pioneers' first game of the season on a Celeste Schreifels goal in the 78th minute of the game on Sept. 1 against Northwest (WA).
  • She helped the Pioneers to allow only 14 total shots over a three-game span from October 14-21, including holding Pacific to a season-low three shots for the defense.
  • Hayes' defensive play helped the Pioneers play to a 1-1 tie at home against the University of Puget Sound and record the first-ever tie between the two programs.

  • Helped Lewis & Clark post a 1.16 goals against average, which ranked fifth in the Northwest Conference.

 

As a Freshman (2021-22): Appeared in all 20 games and started 16 contests for the Pioneers … Posted three shots and one shot on goal … Filled in all over the Pioneers back four and played a pivotal role in the team’s 10 shutouts … Helped Lewis & Clark post a 1.10 goals against average which ranked sixth in the Northwest Conference.
