HILLSBORO, Ore.—Lewis & Clark College football first year
Sytyn Lasconia earned his first collegiate weekly award on Monday, after tying the program record for receiving touchdowns in a single-game over the weekend.

Lasconia earned NWC Offensive Student-Athlete of the Week after posting new career-highs with 10 receptions, 166 receiving yards and four touchdowns against Whitworth. The Ewa Beach, Hawaii native scored touchdowns of eight, 42, 36 and 45 yards and two of his scores came on fourth down. Lasconia is the first Pioneer to post 10 or more catches since assistant coach
Devon Guest notched 10 catches against Pacific Lutheran University on October 26, 2024.
His four touchdowns tied the single-game program record for receiving touchdowns in a game. He tied Bill Gassner (1971 vs College of Idaho) and Jeff Miller (1990 vs Western Oregon University) for the single-game program record. In addition, he moved into 20
th all-time for receiving yards in a single-game.
For the season, Lasconia leads Lewis & Clark with eight receiving touchdowns and sits second in receiving yards (431) and third in receptions (26). He sits second in the NWC and tied for 22
nd in NCAA DIII in receiving touchdowns. Only five players in Lewis & Clark program history have posted 10 or more receiving touchdowns in a single-season. Chad Carlson owns the program record with 15 scores in the 1993 season.
Lewis & Clark will return to action on Saturday when they travel to take on Linfield University at 1 p.m.
