HOW IT HAPPENED
Willamette created early pressure, forcing senior goalkeeper

The Pioneers answered 14 minutes later. In the 30th minute, senior
Carli Driskill threaded a through ball behind the Bearcat backline, and Yip finished from two yards out for her second career goal. The teams entered halftime tied 1-1.
The hosts regained the lead midway through the second half. Warthen capitalized on a defensive takeaway in the 55th minute, slotting a short shot from close range to put Willamette back in front.
Lewis & Clark answered again in the closing moments. With just under five minutes remaining, Smith calmly buried a penalty kick to the left side of the net after being fouled just inside the box. The conversion marked her first goal of the season and sealed the Pioneers' second conference draw of 2025.
