Ross Grimm

Ross Grimm joins the Pioneers football coaching staff in the Summer of 2025. He brings a unique blend of football and corporate experience, to his role as the team’s Director of Operations. 
 
Grimm has worked in coaching and operations at the high school, college and professional level. 
 
He started his football career in 2005, when he spent six months working as a Football Operations Intern for the Seattle Seahawks. From there, he moved to the college ranks. He served as a Football Operations/Video Assistant for Long Island University (NCAA DII) for the 2010 season. Grimm served in a myriad of roles, including Operations, Running Backs Coach and Video Coordinator, at NCAA DIII Albright College for the 2011 and 2012 season. Grimm returned to the Pacific Northwest in 2013 when he started working with the Skyline High School team in Sammamish, Washington. He spent five years working with the Spartans as a Special Teams Coordinator, Running Backs Coach and Video Coordinator. Grimm was in charge of the daily operations for the program, ran a five-person video operations team and coordinated all aspects of the special teams – that led the state of Washington in five categories during his tenure. 

He earned his Football GM & Scouting Certificate from Sports Management Worldwide in 2025.
 
Outside of football, Grimm has held a number of leadership roles including working as a Materials Manager at The Boeing Company, a Video Production Director at Super Skill Sports and a Project Manager at Epiq Global. He has over 15 years of management and operations experience. 
 
Grimm earned his Associate’s degree from Saddleback College in 2005 and his Bachelor of Science from Central Washington University in 2008. He is an active member of the American Football Coaches Association (AFCA) and the National Football Foundation (NFF).
