Aerin joined the Lewis & Clark coaching staff in the Fall of 2025. She put together a standout collegiate career with stints at NAIA Oregon Institute of Technology (OIT) and NCAA DI (Weber State University).
She spent her first three years at OIT where she earned Cascade Collegiate Conference (CCC) All-Conference Honors in 2019 and 2021,and the NAIA Daktronics Scholar-Athlete Award in 2021. She competed in the NAIA National Championship as a first year in 2019 and junior in 2021 and finished in 57th and 53rd overall.
Song transferred to Weber State for her final two seasons. She earned Big Sky All-Conference Third Team honors in 2023 and the WGCA Academic All-American Award in 2022 and 2023. Song recorded the second-lowest, single-season scoring average in Weber State women's golf history during the 2022-23 season with a 75.14 average.
