  • In her lone singles match, Lau defeated Lauren Osburn of the College of Idaho, 6-0, 6-1 at fifth singles during a non-conference dual on Feb. 25.

  • Only lost two games in each of her final three wins, with scores of 6-2, 6-0 (Puget Sound’s Annie Van Den Berg), 6-1, 6-1 (Linfield’s Lisa Ponti), and 6-0, 6-2 (Pacific’s Anneke Hanson).
  • One of two Pioneers to finish at or above .500 (5-5) in doubles play during dual competition.

  • Teamed up with Rachael Rice for an 8-0 sweep over a Pacific Lutheran pair at second doubles in a conference victory

Why Lewis & Clark?: I really liked the school; small yet academically challenging classes, caring teachers, the location (right next to Portland), and the various types of outdoor activities encouraged and easily accessible.
