Amy Sweet

A former nationally-ranked juniors player in the Pacific Northwest, Amy Sweet joined the coaching staff prior to the 2018-19 season. Sweet competed for Wilson HS where she was the Oregon high school state champion in 1999. That same year, Amy was ranked No. 1 in the Pacific Northwest women's singles division.

Sweet attended Portland where she was an All-West Coast Conference honorable mention singles player and earned a degree in Organizational Communication. She also played competitively at Oregon her first collegiate year. 

​Sweet still competes in USTA League tennis, and her teams have competed at nationals for several years where they won in 2009, finished in second in 2008 and placed third in 2007. Most recently, Sweet recently finished a long stint at Mountain Park Racquet and Fitness Club. She had taught locally at Eastmoreland Racquet Club and West Hills Racquet and Fitness Club as well.
