800M: 1:59.88 - Portland Indoor #2, February 4 – 2nd in program history
Mile: 4:26.43 – Whitworth Indoor Invitational, February 9-10 – 6th in program history

NOTABLES 

  • Posted career-best times in four of the events he competed in during his junior season
  • Raced at nine meets during his third track & field season 
  • Ran a career-best time in the mile and the third-fastest 4x400M Relay (3:34.25) in program history on February 9-10 at the Whitworth Indoor Invitational 
  • Finished inside the top-10 in the 4x400M Relay (3:30.68 – 4th) and the 1,500M (10th) at the L&C Electric Forest Collegiate Open on March 16
  • Placed 12th in the 800M and 13th in the 1,500M (4:00.92) at the Northwest Conference Championship Meet on April 15-16
  • Closed out his season by breaking four minutes in the 1,500M (3:59.89) for the third time this season on May 4 at the Portland Twilight

Prior to the Pios: Coach's Award (2019) .... MVP (2020). TRACK AND FIELD: Central Coast Section Qualifier Trials - 800 meters (2021).

Why Lewis & Clark?: I really loved the campus atmosphere and the small school approach that makes it such a personalized experience. Additionally, I got to connect with Coach Barreau when visiting and he really got me excited about the running programs at Lewis & Clark.
