NOTABLES 

• Put together a strong season in his return to the team that saw him earn All-Conference and All-Region honors 
• Competed in nine meets during his junior season 
• Broke his own program record in the 800M two times and finished the Indoor season with the 31^st-fastest time in NCAA DIII 
• Added the fastest-time in program history in the 1,000M (2:32.43) when he competed at the Portland Indoor #1 Meet
• Posted a time of 1:52.99 to finish fourth overall in the 800M at the Stanford Invitational 
• Finished second in the 800M (1:53.29) and helped the 4x400M Relay Team (3:23.45) post the 50^th-fastest time in program history at the L&C Larry Byerly Invite 
• Earned his second career All-Conference honor when he finished third in the 800M (1:54.72) at the Northwest Conference Championship Meet
• Helped the 4x400M Relay Team finish eighth overall (3:27.93) at NWCs 

2024: Did not compete as a member of the team as a sophomore ... Competed in two races as an independent this spring ... Finished 14th in the 800M (1:55.12) at the Oregon State High Performance Meet on April 26 ... Placed 4th in the 800M (1:54.65) on May 16 at the George Fox Last Chance Meet ... Ran club over the summer with the Timberline Athletic Club and ran a career-best time of 1:49.97 in the 800M at the 2024 Portland Track Festival.

NOTABLES 

• Made his collegiate track & field debut on January 22 at the Portland Indoor #1 
• Member of the 4x400M Relay Team that set the program record in indoor track (3:33.68)
• Earned All-Conference honors in the 800M (2^nd place) and helped the 4x100M Relay team finish in 3^rdplace at the NWC Championship Meet 

At Lewis & Clark: Minoring in Entrepreneurship. 

Prior to Lewis & Clark: Attended Ida B Wells High School … Named the Athlete of the Year for his high school … Led his relay team to a second-place finish at the State Championship Meet. 

Why Lewis & Clark?: Because I could run here and I love the campus location and people on the track team.
