Mile: 5:20.62 – Portland Indoor #2, February 9 – 4^th in program history  

NOTABLES 

• Enjoyed a huge final season that saw her earn her first All-Conference honors and set the program record in the 3K Steeplechase (Outdoor T&F) 
• Competed in 11 meets in her third and final season 
• Posted PRs in all of her events, top-25 marks in program history in five of her six events and top-six times in program history in four events
• Recorded PRs in the 800M (2:23.11) and 10K (45:20.45) and helped the 4x400M Relay Team finish in ninth place (4:30.66) at the Ed Boitano Invitational
• Set the program record in the 3K Steeplechase on March 29 with a first-place finish and time of 11:16.43 at the Willamette T&F Invitational 
• Won the 1,500M in 4:44.77 at the Linfield Jenn Boyman Memorial Invitational 
• Posted her first collegiate All-Conference honor in the 3K Steeplechase, when she finished third overall (11:32.16) at the Northwest Conference Championship Meet
• Earned points in the 5K (18:17.74) and 1,500M (4:45.86) at NWCs when she placed fourth and sixth overall 
• Wrapped up the NWC Championship Meet with a career-high 14 points

5000M: 18:23.17 – John Knight Twilight, April 5 – 12^th in program history
3K Steeplechase: 11:51.99 – Portland Twilight, May 4 – 7^th in program history

2024 Indoor Season Best Marks
 
Mile: 5:30.17 – Whitworth Indoor Invitational, February 9-10 – 3^rd in program history

NOTABLES 

• Competed in 10 meets during her sophomore campaign 
• In her lone individual race during indoor track season, she posted the third-fastest time in program history in the indoor mile at the Whitworth Indoor Invitational
• Helped set the program record in the Indoor Distance Medley Relay on February 10 when the team finished in first place at the Whitworth Indoor Invitational with a record time of 12:30.02
• Finished in sixth place and earned points for the Pioneers in the 5,000M (18:27.21) at the NWC Conference Championship Meet on April 16 
• Ran career best times and top-15 times in program history in the 1,500M and the Steeplechase on May 4 at the Portland Twilight Meet

• Made her collegiate track & field on January 22 at the Portland Indoor #1 Meet
• Finished sixth in the steeplechase at the L&C Spring Break Open with a time of 14:00.20
• Finished with a PR time of 5:29.98 in the 1,500m at the L&C Friday Night Lights Meet to place 15^thoverall 

At Lewis & Clark: Minoring in Earth System Science ... Member of the track & field team. 

Prior to Lewis & Clark: Attended Menlo-Atherton High School … Named the Senior Athlete of the Year.
