Discus Throw: 21.82M (71-07 Feet) – L&C Electric Forest, March 16 – 41^st in program history

2023-24 Indoor Season Best Marks
 
Shot Put: 7.40M (24-03.5 Feet) – 2023 Spokane Invitational, December 9  – 7^th in program history

NOTABLES 

• Made her return to the track after a one-year hiatus and changed her focus to throwing events 
• Competed in six events during her junior season 
• Competed in her first competition in over a year on December 9 when she threw the shot put (7.40M) at the 2023 Spokane Invitational 
• Posted a career-best mark in the discus on March 16 at the L&C Electric Forest Collegiate Open 
• Notched a career-best throw in the shot put at the John Knight Twilight on April 5

NOTABLES 

• Made her collegiate track & field debut on March 19 at the L&C Spring Break Open
• Ran a collegiate-best time in the 800M and also ran the 4x400M Relay at the Pacific Preview 

At Lewis & Clark: Minoring in Economics ... Serves as the president of the Chemistry Club ... Member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committe (SAAC). 

Prior to the Pios: School Record - Distance Medley ... All-League ... 12-time NCS Scholar-Athlete ... Athletic Leadership Award ... Most Inspirational Award ... Coaches Award ... Two-time Team Captain.

Why Lewis & Clark?: Once I stepped on campus, I felt comfortable and like it was a place where I could be surrounded by a supportive community working to foster creative minds. I believe it is the best place for me to grow both as a student and as a person. It just felt right.
