NOTABLES 
  • Put together a phenomenal sophomore season that included winning his first career NWC Title 
  • Posted top-35 marks in program history in seven events and top-10 times in five of his events
  • Competed in 12 meets during his sophomore campaign 
  • Opened his season by finishing 10th in the 600M (1:28.57) and helped the 4x400M Relay finish first overall (3:36.19) at the Portland Indoor #1 Meet
  • Finished second in the 400M Hurdles (57.65) and posted a career PR in the 100M (11.39) at the L&C Electric Forest Open on March 8 
  • Competed at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic in the 400M Hurdles (55.06) and finished in second place on April 5
  • Won the 400M Hurdles (54.55) and placed second in the 4x400M Relay (3:24.60) and sixth in the 400M (49.82) at the John Knight Invite
  • Won the 400M Hurdle Title at the Northwest Conference Championship Meet with a PR time of 54.42
  • Placed second at NWCs in the 400M (49.15 – PR) and helped the 4x400M Relay Team (3:27.93) finish eighth overall

NOTABLES 
  • Competed in 10 meets during a strong freshman campaign 
  • Made his collegiate debut on December 9 at the 2023 Spokane Invitational when he crossed the line in the 400M in 53.07
  • Posted career-best times in the 200M and 400M at the John Knight Twilight on April 5
  • Improved his collegiate PR time by over a second in the 400M Hurdles to place second overall and earn All-Conference honors at the Northwest Conference Championship Meet
  • Placed seventh in the 4x100M Relay (43.02) and eighth in the 4x400M Relay (3:26.77) at the NWC Championship meet
  • Closed out his first collegiate season by running the 800M for the first time, when he raced at the Portland Twilight on May 4 
Prior to Lewis & Clark: Attended Robert Louis Stevenson High School … Named the Pacific Coast Athletic League Athlete of the Year … Set the school record in the 300M Hurdles. 
 
Why Lewis & Clark?: I chose Lewis and Clark for the opportunity to run track at a collegiate level, and the vast study abroad program.
