NOTABLES 

• Competed in three meets during his sophomore season after dealing with injuries throughout the year 
• Posted PR times in all three events he raced in this year 
• Made his season debut on January 26 at the Portland Indoor #2 Meet when he finished eighth in the mile (4:35.49) 
• Posted PR times in the 800M (2:05.18) and the 1,500M (4:18.01) and helped the 4x400M Relay Team (3:50.11) place ninth overall at the Ed Boitano Invitational

3,000M Steeplechase: 10:22.65 – L&C Larry Byerly Invite, April 13 – 44^th in program history

2023-24 Indoor Season Best Marks
 
Mile: 4:45.44 – 2023 Spokane Invitational, December 9 – 19^th in program history 

NOTABLES 

• Raced in six meets during his first collegiate track & field season 
• Made his collegiate track & field debut on December 9 when he posted the 19^th-fastest time in program history in the mile at the 2023 Spokane Invitational 
• Placed fifth in the 3,000M Steeplechase on April 5 at the John Knight Twilight Meet
• Recorded a top-50 time in program history in the Steeplechase on April 13 at the L&C Larry Byerly Invite
• Placed 23^rd in the Steeplechase at the Northwest Conference Championship Meet
• Wrapped up his first season on May 4 when he ran a career-best time in the 1,500M and placed fourth in the 4x400M Relay 

At Lewis & Clark: Minoring in Entrepreneurship and Innovation ... Member of the cross country team. 

Prior to Lewis & Clark: Attended Pope John Paul II Prepatory School … Qualified for the State Championship Meet in cross country all four years … Ran at the State Championship Meet in track & field as a sophomore in the 4x400M Relay … Father ran track & field and cross country at Hamline University.
